SiaFind™ Characterization
Our SiaFind™ reagents maximize sialic acid research potential in many areas where traditional reagents might prove ineffective. Utilizing the strengths of our reagents, we can provide clients with data from western blots, immunohistochemistry, ELISA, flow cytometry, or biolayer interferometry.
SiaRich™ Chromatography
Our α2,3-Specific Column can enrich for glycoproteins containing α2,3-linked sialic acid. We can optimize method development for glycoproteins of interest and transfer the knowledge to our clients.
GlycoSense™ GlycoPrint
Using our novel GlycoSense™ kit, we are able to provide a simplified GlycoPrint of a glycoprotein, detecting the key terminal glycan monosaccharides sialic acid, galactose, and N-acetylglucosamine (GlcNAc). This is good value for clients who do not require detailed glycoforms because such techniques can be costly and have a long turnaround time. Clients can expect methods, results, and analysis that allows for independent GlycoSense™ use should they want to implement it themselves.
