Whether you need to enrich N-glycopeptides or N-glycoproteins, N-GlyRich™ Core-Specific Resin has you covered! As a flexible solution that requires only a simple benchtop setting, N-GlyRich™ can enrich and purify N-glycoconjugates from a wide range of sample types.
N-GlyRich™ Core-Specific Resin is an agarose resin coupled with our innovative N-GlyFind™ Core-Specific Reagent, giving it many notable advantages:
- Low volume – Effective with ≤500 µL resin in a microcolumn format
- Convenient – Designed for simple benchtop use with gravity flow at room temperature
- Reusable – Can be regenerated and reused multiple times
- Stable – Maintains functionality for months when stored at 4°C
Enrichment of RNase B N-glycopeptides using N-GlyRich™ resin
30 µg of RNase B peptides (endoproteinase GluC digestion) were loaded into the N-GlyRich™ resin. The resin was washed and then eluted. Fractions were collected and analyzed by MALDI mass spectrometry.
Validation of enrichment of RNase B peptides on N–GlyRich™ resin by ELISA
30 µg of RNase B peptides (endoproteinase GluC digestion) were separated on N-GlyRich™ resin. The resulting fractions were analyzed by ELISA, probing with biotinylated N-GlyFind™ (N-glycan core) and ConA (high-mannose Man3–Man9 and complex biantennary N-glycans).
Enrichment of neoglycoproteins on N–GlyRich™ resin
A mixture of BSA-based neoglycoproteins and BSA was separated by affinity purification, cleaned up via C18 columns, and subsequently analyzed by MALDI mass spectrometry.
Validating enrichment of neoglycoproteins on N–GlyRich™
resin by ELISA
A mixture of BSA-based neoglycoproteins and BSA was separated by affinity purification, cleaned up on C18 columns and subsequently analyzed by ELISA probing with biotinylated N-GlyFind™ (N-glycan core), GSL II (terminal GlcNAc) and SiaFind™ α2,3-Specific Lectenz (terminal α2,3-linked sialic acid).
