Dr. Lori Yang, co-Founder and CSO of Lectenz Bio, will be a featured panelist at San Diego Startup Week on June 20th. Dr. Yang will share about her experience transitioning from the bench to the C-Suite and the importance of women leadership in biotech.
The panel will be moderated by Cheryl Goodman from Athena SD moderates and includes participants involved in leadership positions in biotech companies and AWIS-SD. The participants will tell their stories as women founders and leaders of biotech, addressing the lack of women in leadership positions in biopharma (and San Diego’s especially lackluster statistics for females in the C-Suite) and how they got to where they are.
